How to search for an exchange holiday

We'll help you find your next exchange holiday on RCI.com.

• After signing in, you can start searching for live availability. If you know where you’d like to go, start by typing a destination into the search bar at the top of RCI.com. Select the destination that appears, rather than continuing to type.

• Choose your travel dates if you have some in mind and hit ‘SEARCH’. You’ll be shown a list of all available holiday options.

• Select the ‘Exchange’ filter box.

• Select a deposit if you want to see exchange holidays bookable against your deposited week. If you haven't deposited a week, you’ll only see results for extra holidays and late deals.

• Apply some filters to narrow down your search — by destination, activity or RCI Gold Crown-rated resorts, plus many more. Don’t forget to select the ‘DEAL’ box to see if there are any holidays currently on offer!

• Save your preferred resorts to your 'Favourites', so you can return later. Simply select the heart icon on the left of your screen, above the holiday type filters. You can find your saved favourite searches on your ‘My account’ page.

• Compare up to four resorts against each other, so you can view facilities and available activities head-to-head. To do this, check the 'compare' box and add or remove resorts until you decide on your shortlist.

• You’ll be able to find your existing RCI resort and hotel bookings under TRIPS. Here, you can view and manage these bookings, so you can start getting excited!

Prefer to search for a holiday destination by map?

Once you've got a list of holiday results, you also have the option to search by map view. Below the search bar, click ‘BROWSE RESORTS BY MAP’, to get a global overview of our affiliated resorts. This makes it easy to see where our resorts are — especially if you have a particular location or activities in mind for your holiday.

The pins show a single resort, while a cluster of pins represent areas where there are multiple resorts.

Zoom in to expand the clusters for precise resort locations.

Hit ‘BACK’ at any time on the map view to toggle back to the main search page.

Deposit early

When you deposit your week more than nine months before your weeks' start date, you'll get the maximum trading power to use towards exchange holidays and hotels — plus help other members' find their ideal holiday faster.
