The warm spring days will soon be upon us and with more hours of sunshine, it’s easy to stretch the outdoor fun and savour the longer days from the early morning well into the evenings.
Since spring is a time we like to travel it is an ideal time to start planning your next dream holiday or weekend getaway.
Food and the occasional drink are an integral part of travelling for me. Lucky for me our story on the wonderful wine, beer and food trail offered in regional Victoria gave me the inside knowledge of where to go next time I’m visiting down that way (page 20). Whether you’re a foodie or not nothing connects you to a place like eating and the local wines.
Find out the latest on the Paleo diet which is sweeping the world (page 10) and kick start your day with some great detox juice recipes (page 25).
Another trail you’ll want to follow is in the footsteps of Pablo Picasso, one of the world’s best loved artists. History and art buffs can read more about his journey on page 15.
