So if you find a better offer on the rental accommodation supplier’s home website for the equivalent Holiday Rental accommodation, at the same location and reservation dates, we will match the price you have been quoted plus give you a further 10% off.

Securing the best rate for your Holiday Rental accommodation is easy:

  1. Book your Holiday Rental accommodation using RCI’s website or by contacting a Reservations Consultant.

  2. If within the next 5 days you find a lower rate on the resort’s home website for the same holiday rental accommodation, location and reservation dates, submit a claim form at www.rci.com/static/html/en_AU/rcispecials/pricebeat/pricebeatform.html.

  3. If the lower rate holiday rental accommodation qualifies, RCI will adjust your booking to reflect the lower rate and will give you an additional 10% off that rate (subject to the terms and conditions).

  1. Reservations must be made through an RCI Pacific reservation system either online or via our call centre and a reservation confirmation issued. All requirements for prepayment and deposits, cancellation conditions and conditions for modifying a reservation shall apply.
  2. The guarantee is only available to RCI Pacific members who are residents of Australia and New Zealand and who are serviced by the RCI Pacific office.
  3. The guarantee only applies to equivalent accommodation located at the same resort and for the same reservation dates listed on the home websites of the resort where the accommodation is located.
  4. The online claim form can be accessed at www.rci.com/static/html/en_AU/rcispecials/pricebeat/pricebeatform.html. All required fields must be completed and the form validated. Incomplete claims will not be accepted.
  5. The guarantee must be available to the general public and it does not apply to the following rates types:
    a. Discount rates offer to members of groups or individuals, such as civil servants and the elderly.
    b. Package or all inclusive rates (including transport services or any other service related to the rental booking).
    c. Special offer, auction or last minute rates.
    d. Rates available in conjunction with a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate.
    e. Rates that are not publicly available, such as group or corporate rates.
  6. RCI’s Holiday Rental rate and the alternative rental rate must be found, and a completed claim form submitted, within 5 days and must be for the same Holiday Rental accommodation, same resort, room type and reservation dates. If the original booking was made within the 5 days preceding check-in, the guarantee does not apply.
  7. RCI will verify the equivalent rate within 24 hours of receiving your claim and notify you of the results. Because the claim must be processed before check-in, you must submit your claim at least 5 business days prior to check-in. After verification by RCI customer services, the guarantee will be granted if your claim meets all the conditions of application. RCI customer services will send an e-mail with the reservation confirmation number as well as the new rate applicable. In the case of a prepaid reservation rates, RCI will reimburse the difference in price on the credit card initially debited for the transaction. If the claim does not meet the conditions of the RCI Best Price Guarantee, the customer service department will send the claimant an e-mail stating that the guarantee cannot be applied. Should the claimant wish to cancel the reservation made with RCI, the cancellation conditions applicable are those stated in the confirmation booking.
  8. When multiple rates for the same rental accommodation, reservation dates, and room type are available via RCI you must reserve the lowest rate to be eligible for the guarantee.
  9. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate, and the alternative rate must still be available at the time RCI validates the claim. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee in particular if the difference between the rates is due to the fact that the two internet sites use different currency exchange rates.
  10. Void where prohibited by law. RCI reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice. RCI declines any responsibility regarding any expenses that may arise from cancelling a reservation, for all reservations made with RCI.
