Here at RCI, our team is gearing up for an exciting year!
2005 ended on a high note when our RCI Asia call centre, which is headquartered in Singapore, was chosen as the 2005 Silver winner for Best Singapore Call Centre, and the Bronze winner for the Best Call Centre in the region (Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore). We were chosen by a panel of international call centre experts representing the Contact Centre Association of Singapore, and their findings were audited by Ernst and Young. In 2006, we have many goodies in store for you. Based on member feedback, we will be expanding our rental options exponentially. Did you know that you now have access to preferential rates at more than 20,000 hotels and resorts worldwide? This includes new destinations such as Macau, San Francisco, New York and Paris, to name a few.
In addition to new options for hotels and resorts, you can now experience safari lodges in South Africa, through our tie-up with South Africa National Parks! Please read our South Africa feature for more information and watch out for updates on other new vacation experiences in future issues of the magazine! This year, we have also expanded our business development team so that we can bring in new resort affiliations in highly demanded destinations.
