Holiday Homes properties consist primarily of homes, villas, apartments and other types of accommodation that often offer a more stand-alone, home-like experience than the traditional RCI timeshare exchange experience. These properties are often wholly-owned holiday homes that are made available for exchange through RCI, with only a limited number of weeks available for exchange at each property.
