⁶ A member may transfer his/her points to another member so long as there is no compensation or other consideration between the transferor and the transferee for the transfer.

¹¹ You may initiate an Ongoing Search up to two years prior to your desired check-in date by supplying the required information and, if you have not purchased RCI Platinum, paying your applicable exchange fee. Any Ongoing Search that reaches 60 days prior to the last check-in date requested will automatically cancel. Exchange fee may be refunded, provided you are not in arrears and the fee hasn't been otherwise used. RCI reserves the right to change these terms without notice.

¹² Within 30 days of check-in, if one of the resorts you’ve specified, or a bigger unit at your confirmed resort becomes available, we’ll change your reservation and, if you have not purchased RCI Platinum, charge a unit change fee of $49USD/$65CAD. You will receive a notification of the new reservation for the unit. Additional housekeeping or other resort-specific fees may apply based on the increased unit size. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

¹³If the member chooses to extend previously saved but expiring points for one (1) additional use year, a transaction fee shall apply.
