The statement shows the Weeks you have available to Deposit and Exchange, as well as details of your forthcoming Exchange Vacations.
You’ll also see a selection of resorts you may be interested in, based on your previous online vacation searches.
If you don’t have an email address, your account details will appear on some of our direct mailing pieces throughout the year. You can also call your local office to ask for your latest account balance.
