Live Help

Live Help allows RCI to communicate, or chat, in real time with visitors to our website. This live support is used to provide immediate customer assistance and information to our members. The option to use this facility means you can get an immediate response from one our experienced assistants. The Live Help service is available from:

Australia:
8:00am to 7:00pm AEST Monday to Friday.
8:00am to 12:00pm AEST Saturday
Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

New Zealand:
10:00am to 9:00pm NZT Monday to Friday.
10:00am to 4:00pm NZT Saturday
Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays

Where to find Live Help

The Live Help button is posted on a number of pages on the website. You can find the icon on this page as well as ‘Contact Us’, ‘Manage My Deposits’ and on the Payment screen, among others – just look for the button.

When should I use Live Help?

Live Help can be used for a variety of reasons. We’re happy to help you with any questions you may have about your Weeks or Points account, the website or if you’d like to deposit one of your timeshare weeks or have a query about our products and services. Some Chat examples include:

• I am unsure how to search for available resorts online?
• Can you please tell me how many weeks that I have currently deposited on my Weeks account?
• Do I have any points due to expire at the end of my current Use Year?
• I need to print my confirmation sheet can you show me how to do this online?
