How to confirm a week on hold

If you have placed a week on hold and are ready to go ahead and confirm, here’s what you need to do:

Find your Reservation

Select ‘TRIPS’ from the top right navigation.

This will display your holiday plans. Click ‘ON HOLD’ to view the reservations you have temporarily reserved.

Click ‘CONFIRM RESERVATION’. This will take you through to verify and confirm your booking.
 
Note, if you no longer wish to keep the resort on hold, just hit ‘RELEASE RESERVATION’. If you do not confirm your reservation within 24 hours, it will be released back into the exchange system.
