You have a world of options to choose from and this guide will help you with booking the right Exchange Holiday for you.
When you have found the resort for you, it’s time to review the ‘Urgent Information’ before you go any further, which can be found at the bottom of the Available Units page, or under the Fees tab.
If you are ready to book your holiday, click the ‘CONFIRM’ button. But if you’re not quite sure yet, select ‘HOLD’ to reserve it for 24 hours, free of charge.
Then follow these four simple steps to book your next Exchange Holiday:
Step 1: Verify Details
You need to verify the resort information and confirm your Deposit selection, before you can proceed with your booking:
For Exchange Holidays: If the unit size you require is available, select the Deposit which you would like to use for your booking by clicking ‘SELECT THIS DEPOSIT’.
For Extra Holidays: The resort you have chosen may also be available to purchase as an Extra Holiday. To do so, select ‘CONTINUE’ within the section ‘Or, I will purchase this holiday for’.
You now have to confirm who is travelling. If another guest is holidaying, see ‘RELATED TOPICS’ for more information on adding Guest Certificates to your booking. If this holiday is for you, select ‘The RCI member is part of the travelling party’.
Hit ‘CONTINUE’.
Step 2: Add Services
It’s now time to add Trading Power Protection which safeguards your holiday if you have to cancel. Leave the box ticked if you wish to add this. If you do not wish to purchase, simply untick the box. Then hit ‘CONTINUE’.
Step 3: Payment Information
Enter your payment information using our safe and secure online checkout.
If you’re an RCI Platinum member, don’t forget you can use your Member Rewards towards your transaction before we calculate your remaining balance.
For the ultimate convenience, you can also save your card details for future use. Just tick the ‘Use this card for future online transaction’ box.
Step 4: Confirm Reservation
Review your complete confirmation details, and tick the box at the bottom of the page to confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the urgent information. Select ‘CONFIRM’ and your exchange booking is complete.
Remember you can view your confirmation at any time by selecting ‘MY HOLIDAY PLANS’ under ‘MY ACCOUNT’ on the homepage.

Need to cancel? If you need to cancel your Exchange Holiday reservation within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after this time, you will not receive a refund.
Remember, if you purchase Trading Power protection you get your full Trading Power Value returned should you have to cancel for any reason.
