  • I currently have a holiday booked and my travel date is within the next two weeks. What should I do?
    We want you know to know we are doing whatever we can to provide you with solutions and options. If you have travel that falls within two weeks from now, don’t cancel your holiday on RCI.com but instead contact us on the relevant toll-free number that can be found HERE and one of our Travel Guides will speak to you about your options.
  • How can I enjoy flexibility in my holidays with RCI?
    As situations are constantly evolving, we have expanded our options for you. We recommend you get the Enhanced Exchange Protection for peace of mind. If you have questions or concerns about your holiday, please call us or send us an e-mail at pacific.member@rci.com.
  • I have a booking with RCI Travel? What should I do?
    For all cruise, tour, car hire, and other bookings made with RCI Travel, please contact them directly for more information.

Government authorities continuously update guidance and restrictions, which could further impact your travel plans. If you have specific questions, please contact the resort directly prior to booking or travel. In this time of uncertainty, we encourage you to review all advisories and recommended guidelines before you travel. Your resort is responsible for providing guests with the latest information on the facilities available for your reservation dates, and for providing health and safety measures on site. RCI cannot accept liability relating to information provided or omitted by a resort, or arising from health and safety measures which may, or may not, be in place at a resort.
