To provide added flexibility during this time of uncertainty, RCI is partnering with select resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean to offer flexible rebooking options.1
In the event you need to change or cancel your reservation, please see below for eligibility and details:
• RCI will apply a coupon valid for 90 days to your account, equal to the RCI booking fees.
Must change or cancel a minimum of 48 hours prior to check-in.
• Participating resorts will refund or credit your pre-paid resort fees.2
Varies by resort. Credits will be applied by the resort to a future stay.

Flexible Rebooking Resort Cancel Policy:
• Cancellations or modifications made 60 days or more from the date of entry will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations or modifications made between 59 days and 30 days from the date of entry, a cancellation fee of one (1) night per person will apply.
• Cancellations or modifications made between 29 days and 7 days from the date of entry will be penalized with a cancellation fee of two (2) nights per person.
• Cancellations or modifications made with 6 days from the date of entry, no-shows and / or early departure will incur the penalty of the full amount.
• For reservations with a promotional rate, or applying a promotion code, consult the specific terms and conditions of each promotion or offer.

Flexible Rebooking Resort Cancel Policy:
Reservations canceled 7 days prior to check in, are fully refundable. Sunset will apply the same flexible policy for Q1 2021. In case of a no-show, and not being previously notified, no type of refund will be issued.

Flexible Rebooking Resort Cancel Policy:
Any change or cancellation up to 24 hours after the payment is made, a 100% refund of the all-inclusive payment will be issued. Any change or cancellation from 1 day after payment to 16 days before check in will apply a penalty of 2 nights, and the remaining money will be refunded.

Flexible Rebooking Resort Cancel Policy:
Changes must be made up to 16 days prior to the arrival, will incur no penalty, and may use fees paid to re-book for a new date or resort within the group for future dates.
For refunds: Low season cancellations must be made a minimum of 8 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund, 7 days or less will be penalized fees equaling 1 night. High season cancellations must be made a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund, 15 days or less will be penalized fees equaling 2 nights. High season is considered February, March, June, July, August and last two weeks of December. Low season is considered January, April, May, September, October, November, and two first weeks of December. Reservations on New Year’s week (December 24th thru 31st) will have a 100% penalty if canceled 30 days or less to check in.

Flexible Rebooking Resort Cancel Policy:
No refunds, all-Inclusive fees already paid should be applied to a new reservation. Changes may be made up to 7 days prior to the arrival. Different conditions may apply at time of new bookings, benefits might change according to the previous reservation.

Flexible Rebooking Resort Cancel Policy:
Refunds will be applied when cancelling a minimum of 7 days prior to check in. Cancellations occurring less than 7 days prior to check in, a fee will be incurred of up-to 3 nights of all-inclusive fees per person.

Flexible Rebooking Resort Cancel Policy:
• For guests wishing to make adjustments to existing reservations or new reservations, we are happy to extend our previously announced “Move the Date, Keep the Rate” policy until July 1, 2021 for travel through July 1, 2021. Guests may change the date of their current booking to a future travel date, up to a year from the original travel date, with no additional fee or cancellation penalty. This policy is valid as long as CDC and government travel regulations.
• Guests also have the option to change to another AMResorts® property within the same brand in a different destination with no additional fee or cancellation penalty; the additional free night also applies in these cases. If you wish to change brands, you will be responsible for any price increases. If the rate is lower on the new travel date the rate differential will be refunded.
• For guests wishing to make adjustments to existing reservations or new reservations, we are happy to extend our previously announced “Move the Date, Keep the Rate” policy until July 1, 2021 for travel through July 1, 2021. • Holiday Season (Dec 23rd to Jan 2 and April 1st to April 4th) travel dates may be changed, with no penalty, up to 14 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made within 14 days or less of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, will lead to lodging rights being lost and the listed credit card will be charged with a 2-night penalty (full amount for prepaid reservations).
