Our 110% Best Price Guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public. It does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates that are not available to the general public. 110% Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). Promotional packages, group deals, air or land components, shipboard credit, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, and shore excursions are not eligible. Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included. RCI Cruise reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor's lower price. RCI Cruise reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition. If your refund request is approved, the credit card used to purchase your cruise will be credited 110% of the price difference within 7-10 business days of final approval. RCI Cruise reserves the right to modify or cancel the 110% Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.

Any Points exchanged for cruise transactions will be subject to a limited grace period where by any cruise transaction cancelled by the close of business the following day may be eligible for a full refund of any Points exchanged.  After the close of business the following day, all Points exchanged will be forfeited in the event of a change or cancellation.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any cruise transaction is made within three days of the date of travel, such transaction is final and no grace period will apply to the exchanged Points.  Any other amounts paid, whether by cash (by debit card) or credit, will be subject to the cancellation policy of the cruise provider and will not be subject to any grace period. In the event that a sailing is cancelled by a cruise line, members will be eligible to be refunded Points. RCI Cruise is provided by a third party provider, World Travel Holdings, Inc. (WTH), under agreement with RCI, LLC (RCI). Therefore, RCI disclaims all responsibility in connection with any third-party services. Pricing subject to availability/change.
