The beach is well-equipped for those who want to soak up the Canarian sunshine, or partake in water sports. Destination Highlights

Gran Canaria is 93 miles (150 kilomters) from the coast Africa. The north is cooler than the south. The inner island offers less direct sunlight because of the mountains and foliage, a perfect combination of weather for many activities. The vast sand dunes looking in one direction, and ocean views in another, creates an almost ideal vacation for water sports and relaxation.
