Ruidoso, New Mexico is the heart of the Sacramento Mountains, the Southernmost Rocky Mountains. The destination has shops, restaurants and galleries in the main Mid-Town pedestrian area. Surrounding the village are historical sites like Fort Stanton, Old Lincoln, the Hondo Valley and Cloudcroft. Natural scenery abounds in the two wilderness areas, The White Mountain Wilderness and Capitan Wilderness. Three Rivers Petroglyph Site, The Valley of Fires, and White Sands National Monument are within easy driving distances from Pinecliff Village.
Directions from Major Airport to Resort
The nearest major airport is in El Paso, Texas, 145 miles away. From the airport, take I-10 west to Highway 54 east to Tularosa. Then go east on Highway 70 to Ruidoso. The resort is conveniently located on the highway, to your right, just before the intersection of US 70 and Hwy 48 (Sudderth), which turns left into the town of Ruidoso. Albuquerque, NM airport is 180 miles away. From the airport take I-25 south to Hwy 380 (approximately 75 miles). Go east on Hwy 380 to Hwy 37. Exit Hwy 37 south to Hwy 48. Turn right on Hwy 48 into Ruidoso.
