St Marys House is an elegant Grade II listed Regency-style town house with Gothic Revival architectural features. The holiday property is approached through two wrought iron gates and overlooks the shared south-facing garden and circular gravelled driveway. Just minutes walk from the Penzance promenade and a short stroll to the delightful Morrab Gardens; famous for its banana plants and rare sub-tropical species. Penzance is an ideal location for exploring the delights of West Cornwall including the legendary Lands End, the white sand surfing beach at Sennen and the historic town of Marazion with St Michaels Mount rising from the sea like a fairytale castle. Penzance has a long flat promenade, leading past the open-air lido to the busy fishing harbour of Newlyn, one of the leading fishing ports in the country. Newlyn is also famous for its art school and galleries. Continue along the coastal path to the quaint harbour and village of Mousehole. Take a day trip to the beautiful Isles of Scilly by sea from Penzance or small plane from Lands End airport. A trip to the Minack Open Air Theatre is a must, cut into the rock face and overlooking pretty Porthcurno Beach with its golden sands and clear waters. The area offers some amazing cliff and coastal walks and attracts visitors all year round.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

Take A30 Penzance. Go past Penzance continue on coast road towards Town Centre. Pass Railway Station on left, road bends sharply to left, stay in left lane. Continue along Wharf Road with the harbour/car parks and sea on left. Go over small bridge. The road bends sharp right Battery Road. Go into Western Promanade, continue past the Open Air Lido with the sea on your left. You will reach the Lugger Hotel Junction of Queen Street. Turn right into Queen St, just before Lugger Hotel keep right approx. 150 yards. Take left turn after row of cottages into St Marys Terrace with its dog leg, turn uphill past walled Morab Gardens, pass high hedge turn left through black wrought iron gates into circular gravel drive. Please park above or below the palm tree allowing access to other residents.
