This superb development of holiday barns offer an excellent base from which to explore the area or simply to stay in and relax. All the barns have been sympathetically renovated maintaining many original features and all benefit from handmade kitchens and high quality fixtures and fittings throughout. There are extensive grounds which feature a private fishing lake and the River Tove meanderinig through.

Tove Valley Farm Cottages are only a short walk to the centre of Towcester, which has many local pubs and restaurants serving food. Being close to the borders of Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, places of interest in the area such as Bletchley Park, made famous in WWII, Towcester Races, Stowe House and gardens, Althorpe (Princess Diana’s home), Salcey Forest Tree Top Walk, Castle Ashby House and Canons Ashby (NT). For motorsport enthusiasts, Silverstone Race Circuit is nearby. There is a good range of small shops and restaurants in the historic market town of Stony Stratford, 8 miles. For canal enthusiasts the Grand Union Canal is nearby with many scenic walks and pubs along the towpaths. The Stoke Bruene Canal Museum is 2-minute drive. There are plenty of places to visit and explore with walking and cycle routes throughout this area, and for those wishing to explore further afield, Stratford-upon-Avon is less than an hour’s drive away. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

Leave the M1 at junction 15A, then follow signs for A43, Northampton, Oxford. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted M1 North, Oxford, Northampton A43. At the next Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A43 Signposted Oxford.Warning: Speed Cameras along the A43. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A5 Signposted Milton Keynes.At traffic signals continue forward onto the A5 Signposted Milton Keynes.After 1.2 miles turn left into Heathencote and Heathencote Barns are on your right hand side after ½ mile. Proceed up the lane and park as directed for your Barn.
