This grand detached residence is peacefully set, with its garden overlooking a woodland Site of Importance for Nature Conservation - where guests may even spot additional visitors to the garden (including badgers and a wealth of garden birds). Lavender Cottage offers delightful accommodation, and has a real 'home from home' feel - being full of character with beams on the ground floor, a multi-fuel stove in the living room and a warming Aga in the family kitchen. The village of Bursledon sits on the River Hamble which runs into Southampton Water and the Solent.
