An ideal base, see Hastings Castle built by the Duke of Normandy. Take a trip to Battle and observe the very spot that changed the course of history forever in 1066. The surrounding area offers glorious countryside, National Trust properties, gardens and several vineyards where you can sample the local wines. Rye and Camber Sands are a short drive away. Directions from Major Airport to Resort

Exit the M25 at junction and take the A21 towards Hastings. Continue straight over the cross roads at Flimwell continuing on the A21 - through Hurst Green and at the John’s Cross roundabout take the first exit again continuing on the A21. As you enter Hastings follow the signs to the sea front. When you reach the crossroads, with the sea directly in front of you, turn left onto the A259. Proceed over the roundabout. West Street runs parallel to the A259 on the left hand side. As you come into East Parade there is a small slip road to the left which is West Street.The Nookis No 6 on the left hand side. West Street is one way. You can unload outside and then park in one of the car parks approx. 200 metres away.
