In a wonderful location directly opposite the water's edge, this attractive property, adjacent to the owner's home, was formerly the Wren's mess during WWII, and has been completely restored with a light and airy feel and nautical theme. Located within the owner's grounds, it enjoys its own enclosed lawn garden and sitting-out area, an ideal spot to enjoy the balmy summer evenings with an aperitif or a meal. From the property, there are excellent views from either the kitchen or from the spacious master bedroom on the first floor, over the harbour where a plethora of sailing activities can be observed. There is a path alongside the property leading to a green, ideal for children to play in or for dog walking, and this leads to Solent Way for scenic walks and an easy stroll from the local eateries.
