Directions from Major Airport to Resort
Follow the A361 from junction 27 of the M5. On reaching Barnstaple, take the A39 towards Bideford. Just before the bridge over to Bideford, turn right, which is signed for Instow. Follow signs for Instow and on entering Instow, turn left towards the beach along Marine Parade. Continue along the road with the beach on your left passing The Commodore Hotel on your right and continue until you see 'The Boathouse' restaurant on your right. Just past this you will see Mimosa on your right. Parking is on the road outside or about 200 yards further on, on your left you will see the entrance to the beach car park.
