Attached to the owners home & situated in the countryside of the Yorkshire Dales, the famous Coast to Coast route passes through the owners 5 acres of grounds, there is easy access to other established public footpaths, bridleways & cycle routes. Originally a barn attached to the farmhouse, Heather Cottage at Graham House has been restored. On ground floor there is a well-equipped country kitchen with Belfast sink, & a small comfortable living room with a magnificent open fire in a grand feature fireplace, exposed stone walls, original beams. On the 1st floor, the well-designed master bedroom with its exposed beams & original features. There is a roll-top bath that has been placed to look out over fabulous countryside. The en-suite shower room, with a rainfall shower & frosted glass walls that separate it from the bedroom. As well as a small garden area outside the cottage, guests have their own private seating area nestling in woodland adjacent to the property.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

From the A1 take Junction 56. At Scotch Corner branch left and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit on to the A6108 signposted Richmond. Follow the A6108 for just under 10 miles heading towards Skeeby / Richmond and then Leyburn / Reeth. Turn right and head forward on to Cat Bank and then carry on forwards on to Hard Stiles. After half a mile bear right and then turn left on to Crook Bank Lane. At the wide junction stay left and keep going straight on. You will see Graham House on your left and you will need to drive up this driveway to Heather Cottage which is attached to Graham House.
