Harbour Lights is a charming 150-year-old fisherman's cottage, moments away from the water's edge. It has a side view of the colourful fishing boats and visiting sailing yachts from the cottage's front windows. The cottage has been tastefully furnished to ensure guests have comfortable contemporary style accommodation, whilst retaining much of the original character. There is free parking for one car in an allocated bay just opposite the front door. Just a few steps away, there is a pretty little green which is a desirable spot to watch the boats with a morning coffee or see the evening sunset fall.

Newlyn village is a picturesque short walk along the entire historic harbour's edge, passing local fishmongers and Newlyn's famous fish market. Newlyn has a famous Art School and Art Gallery, with its own cafe and panoramic views of the sea and the bay. The local bus stop is moments from the front door. For those preferring to walk, explore Mousehole via the delight of the coastal path road or visit Newlyn, where you'll join the pebble beach promenade and gardens to Penzance. As you walk along the edge of the seashore, in the distance you will see the breathtaking views of St Michael's Mount. Continue on from Penzance harbour along the cycle path, which runs parallel to the sandy beach, and you will reach Marizion and St. Michael's Mount. Other areas in easy reach are St Ives, Lands End, Sennen Cove, The Minack open air theatre overlooking the ocean, Porthcunoe beach and much more. Beach 1/2 mile. Shop 1/4 mile, pub 250 yards and restaurant 500 yards.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

A30 to Penzance Town. Past railway stn on left. Stay in left lane, go past harbour & water front car parks. Continue past thw Newlyn Art Gallery, continue over small bridge turning immediately sharp left, proceed past fish market hall & harbour on left. Continue to the Fisherman's Arms pub, the road narrows and becomes a short one-way system. Small road with parking bays to your left opposite a No Entry road. Turn left in to the small road and Parking Bay is available for guests in the Bay. The cottage is located on the narrow one way system (phone box on corner) Number 90 with cream shutters and double front doors to entrance. The parking bay is number 3. The parking permit is kept in the cottage, this must be displayed in the car window and returned to cottage at end of stay.
