Just a short walk from the picturesque working harbour, fish and chip shop, restaurants and selection of local shops. You can amble through the old historic lanes and discover St Fillan’s Cave with a holly well, which at one time was used by smugglers. Pittenweem is a renowned centre for artists and craftsmen who celebrate their skills during the Arts Festival every August. The Fife Coastal Route passes through the villages and you can enjoy leisurely coastal walks and visit the excellent Blue Flag beaches. This area is famous for golf and St. Andrews is only a short drive as well as a selection of links. Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth are all within an hours drive, golf course is within easy reach.
