The property is a barn converted into two luxury holiday homes overlooking an old apple orchard, a meandering natural stream and a pond full of wildlife. Renovated to a high standard, this original Devon barn, retains its original scissor beam trusses and features. The accommodation is reverse living, with the spacious open-plan living, dining, kitchen areas upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. White plaster walls, rugs on oak floors and contemporary kitchens allow for a warm living area. Luxuriously designed to merge the traditional barn features and rustic timbers with modern living and a wow factor. The interiors are totally unique and offer a high degree of comfort and style. The old farmyard around which the barns are positioned is quite charming, with old sweet-smelling rose bushes creeping up the stone barn walls and pretty planted areas. For complete peace and quiet, this is the place to be - there is no light pollution here, and the sky at night is a spectacular sight to see.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

From TOTNES follow the A381 signposted to Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. Go through the village of HARBERTONFORD and HALLWELL. Go past the BP petrol station at TOTNES CROSS and continue on the A381. Take the 3rd left after the petrol station signposted BLACKAWTON. Keep on this narrow country lane for approx 2 miles. Do not turn off this lane. Go past a property called HIGHER CLISTON on your right. Down a hill and you will go past a couple of large barn conversions on your left and an agricultural building on your right. Keep going for another ¼ mile and you will see a sign on the left to WOOD FARM. Follow the sign to WOOD FARM. Continue on the lane as far as you can go. WOOD FARM is at the bottom of this lane.
