This detached barn conversion overlooks the village of Ashover, with a commanding position above the valley, and sits in 25-acre grounds, adjacent to the owners Grade II Elizabethan manor house. A small flock of Gotland rare breed sheep graze in the surrounding fields. Chickens, cockerels, geese, ducks and goats are within view of the property. From the doorstep, walking and cycle trails are aplenty, one leading to Ashover.
