Set in 50 acres of grounds, this detached barn conversion is set on a quiet sheep farm, with lots of wildlife. Walking around the grounds, there are uninterrupted views of the outstanding countryside and wildlife at every turn, it is a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The property has been decorated and furnished to a good standard and is situated within the Exmoor National Park. Set in the owner's grounds, it has a private garden area with shared access, but offers privacy and fantastic views. Sometimes you are able to see red deer, foxes, badgers and an abundance of resident and migrant birds are often seen. This tranquil setting is an ideal base to explore the delights of this beautiful part of Devon. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead, as this is a working sheep farm. Children are more than welcome to see the lambs at lambing time and take a tour of the farm.

It is only a short drive from the towns of Dulverton and Tiverton. Lynton & Lynmouth are two adjacent villages with Lynton being a Victorian resort, 600ft above Lynmouth and being linked by a water powered cliff railway. Lynmouth lies at an estuary where the East and West Lyn meet.
