Cosy, characterful with a traditional feel, this pretty red brick holiday home is great for getting into York and the North York Moors. Overlooking the village green, this pretty, red brick, annex holiday cottage attached to the owner’s home oozes charm and character with its original features such as the cast iron period fireplace, and beamed ceilings, including one which dates back to 1780. The living room is cosy and both delightful bedrooms enjoy countryside views

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

Flaxton lies 8 miles north east of York. Travelling on the A64 from York towards Scarborough, take the left turn signed Flaxton. Continue into the village and pass the Blacksmith’s Arms and Ivy Cottage is on your right, overlooking the green
