A former milkhouse in ’The Jewel of the Black Mountains’, where you can try water sports on the river, visit a restored working 18th century water mill or simply take in the beautiful scenery. Llaethdy - Milkhouse was once the old dairy in the small town of Talgarth and what you see today once included a cow shed and hay barn, but has now been skillfully converted into a holiday home. In days gone by the farmer milked his cows here and delivered it from a churn by horse and cart; it wasn’t very far to travel so it must have been very fresh! The detached barn, with its oak beams, offers bright open plan living space, ground floor bedrooms and shower room and two large first floor bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom.
