Deep in the Devonshire countryside, the historic Old Ford House Cottage is set in an idyllic valley amongst its own mature enclosed gardens, which can be overlooked from the conservatory. The property has been decorated and furnished to a good standard. There is a small boating lake, abundant wildlife and the outdoor heated swimming pool is open during the months of May to September. Old Ford House Cottage is adjoined to the owner’s home, but offers complete privacy and is set in 24 acres, so there are many walks that can be taken from the property.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

M5 jct27: A361 to Tiverton. Turn left at roundabout. Go over next roundabout. Turn right at next roundabout. Go over next roundabout (Morrisons is on your left). Turn right at next mini roundabout to Witheridge. After a short distance take 2nd left onto B3137 to Witheridge. There is a small crossroad signed left to Cruwys Morchard and Pennymoon, turn left. Turn left again at fork. A small lake on right at bottom of hill. At top of the hill turn left at junction. Follow road until it forks, take left fork. Over a tiny crossroad marked Robins Post, drive through farm yard Old Ford House is marked with blue sign at the gate on right. There is a bungalow on left, opposite our gate. If you do get lost go to Cruwys Arms pub in Pennymoor and we will come and get you.
