This lovely semi-detached farmhouse is set overlooking the beautiful scenic countryside, situated on a 200-acre working farm. Ty Coch Cottage is part of the owner’s large traditional farmhouse situated on a 200-acre working Welsh farm. The spacious cottage has exposed stone walls and beams, and faces onto the farmyard with a seating area in front and a garden across the yard. The comfortable accommodation offers three bedrooms with views out over the scenic countryside. The owners will be happy to advise you about available walks across the farmland at different times of the year according to where animals are grazing.

Bottlenose dolphins are resident in these waters & can be seen either from the harbour wall or on a boat trip. Georgian town of Aberaeron is well worth a visit it offers seafood restaurants & chic shops as well as the famous honey ice cream. The mountainous region of the Cambrians is a great place to explore & offers fantastic views & miles of walking. Visit Aberystwyth with its long promenade & electric cliff railway, take the steam train to Devil’s Bridge, or visit Strata Florida Abbey, one of Wales’ most important historical sites. Shop 3.5 miles and pub 3 miles.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

Using postcode SA48 7PZ will tell you that you have arrived before the property, Travelling from Aberaeron turn right onto the B4342 at Ystrad Aeron opposite the Vale of Aeron pub, signposted towards Llanarth. Travelling from Lampeter on the A482 turn left onto the B4342 at Ystrad Aeron opposite the Vale of Aeron pub signposted towards Llanarth. Continue on the B4342 until you reach the village sign for Dihewyd and then on the bend take road going off to the right signed B4339 to Ciliau Aeron & then an immediate left turn past a row of houses. Continue on this road passing houses & a church & the lane will bend and continue for about 0.7 miles. Ty Coch Farm will be found on your right, the name is on a large stone. Turn up the farm drive & into the yard & Cottage will be on your right
