There is easy access to Alnwick where you can visit the famous castle used in the Harry Potter films, or take a rowing boat out on the river in historic Morpeth, where you will be spoilt for choice with shops and tea rooms. You can even delve into your family history at Woodhorn Museum. The nearby beaches at Cresswell, Druridge Bay and Newbiggin-by-the-Sea are only a short drive away, and all worth a visit. Enjoy day trips all over the county, whether west to Hadrian'ss Wall, north to Bamburgh and Holy Island, or south to Tynemouth and Whitley Bay. Directions from Major Airport to Resort

From the northor south on the A1 Take the turning to Hebron/Longhirst (travelling south this is on your left just before the speed camera and travelling north this is just past the speed camera on your left). Follow the road right through Hebron to the end and at the t junction turn left.Follow the road along towards Longhirst Village, turn left onto the B1337 then turn right and turn left at Longhirst. After around 1.8 miles turn left, and then turn right by the railway onto Linton. Follow this road and you will see new build houses on the right. Take the very first right hand turn and around 80 yards, Brockfield Rise is the first house you come to.
