A producer of fine cheese, Witches Chase Cheese Company makes Camembert, washed rind, feta, blue cheese and more using goat’s and cow’s milk. And when visiting you can’t go past their delicious gourmet ice cream. View the cheese-making process and enjoy
a free tasting. You can even learn to do it yourself with cheese-making classes held throughout the year.

Located right next door to Springbrook National Park and the Purlingbrook Falls walking track, the café has been established for around 25 years. Anastasia Theodore,
who has been operating the cafe since late 2007, has added her naturopathic philosophy and experience to the menu and quality of ingredients used. Anastasia provides a healthy cafe selection of foods including vegetarian, vegan and gluten free alternatives.
