Terms and Conditions
This Promotion is run by RCI Europe (CRN: 01148410) whose registered office is Haylock House, Kettering Parkway, Kettering Venture Park, Kettering, NN15 6EY (“we”, “us” or “our”).
The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Wyndham Destinations and its group companies (including, but not limited to, RCI Europe), their agents, partners and families are not permitted to enter. By entering the Promotion you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
Entering the Promotion
To enter the Prize Draw for a chance to win you must subscribe to our free newsletter at https://pub.s6.exacttarget.com/upzzikkrkb3. You must have a valid subscription to the newsletter at the date when the prize winner is randomly selected
The Prize Draw is open from 00:00am GMT on 05th February 2020 and closes at 11:59pm GMT on 14th February 2020. Any entries received outside this period will not be accepted..
Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
Any incomplete or illegible entries will be considered void and not counted. We will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete and/or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
The Prize
There is only one (1) prize available, being Apple AirPods with Charging Case worth £129.00 (“Prize).
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the Prize become unavailable for any reason.
Selecting and contacting the Prize Winner
The Prize Winner, along with three reserve prize winners, will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or before 21st February 2020. The Prize Winner must respond to one of our confirmation emails from RCI within seven (7) days of notification to accept their Prize. If not another Winner will be randomly selected from the reserve prize winners until the Prize is claimed. We shall have no liability to the original Prize Winner or any reserve prize winners who we are unable to contact within the seven (7) day period.
Any personal data you provide in connection with this Promotion will be dealt with in accordance with: the Data Protection Act 2018; EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679; and our Privacy Policy
Personal data may be shared with third parties only insofar as necessary to facilitate the provision, awarding or delivery of the Prize.
By entering this Promotion you agree that your personal data may be used by RCI Europe to send you our monthly blog newsletter and to provide you with details on claiming the Prize in the event that you are the Prize Winner.
General
We reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to withdraw, extend or amend the Promotion and/or Prize Draw at any time without notice.
Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our (or any third party’s) liability arising from fraud or from death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, to the fullest extent permissible, we:
a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party; b) exclude all liability to you and anyone else for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize and your enjoyment of them.
In no event will our total aggregate liability to you exceed the cost of the Prize.
The Prize Winner’s name will be made available upon written request.
By entering the Prize Draw the Prize Winner grants permission for us to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation.
The Promotion is governed by English Law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
Our decision is final and we will not enter into any correspondence outside of that already included within these terms.
