Charisse Cox, RCI Pacific Managing Director, presents the Gold Crown award to Yvette Davies of Club Paihia.
At the recent Australian timeshare industry conference, it was my pleasure to present the RCI Gold Crown and Silver Crown awards
to recognize those resorts who achieve very high ratings from our members following their exchange holidays. Even though we have such a mix of timeshare properties available for RCI members in the Pacific region, ranging from
30 year old resorts to the very modern new Club properties, every year we find that there is very high satisfaction across all of the different levels of affiliated resorts. And an absolute stand-out is the amazingly high percentage
of resorts consistently achieving a hospitality rating of 4.6 or better year on year on year - that’s out of a maximum 5 rating! That really is what makes such a difference to the timeshare holiday - the commitment and dedication of the staff at the resorts that you visit for your holidays. I took pleasure in thanking all of those managers present at the conference for their efforts in making our RCI exchange guests feel so welcome!
