RCI provides the total charges before you book, giving you a clearer view of what you'll pay today and what charges may be due at the resort. No new fees have been added, and nothing has changed about what you pay. We're simply giving you the full picture sooner, so you can plan with confidence and avoid surprises.

Exchange Fees 
Exchange Fees are required for Exchange vacations. The standard fee is shown during your search, while any special pricing, promotions, or discounts will appear at checkout. These fees are paid directly to RCI at the time of booking and are included in the pricing information shown before you complete your reservation.

Rental Fees 
(Applies to Extra Vacations^SM Getaways and Last Call^SM Vacations) 
Rental fees are shown before tax, with sales tax added during checkout. Should you cancel, any taxes paid will be refunded in full. These fees are paid to RCI at the time of booking and are displayed before you confirm your reservation, so you know your costs upfront.

Resort Fees 
Additional resort fees may apply and are typically collected at check-in. These fees vary by resort and may depend on factors such as length of stay, number of guests, amenities, or all-inclusive requirements. When available, these fees will be displayed as part of your trip cost summary before booking. For the most accurate and up-to-date details, please contact the resort directly. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort.

Total Charges
Total Charges reflect the total amount of mandatory charges and fees due for your trip, including fees collected by both RCI and the Resort. No new fees have been added and your vacation costs have not changed. This enhanced view simply helps you understand your total trip costs earlier in the booking process so you can book with confidence.
