Points Protection protects the Points used for your Exchange vacation. Without Points Protection, if you need to change or cancel your vacation outside the grace period, the Points that you used for your Exchange is recalculated based on how far in advance of travel you change or cancel your vacation. Your Points may be reduced, which can affect your future vacation options.

Points Protection will give you peace of mind to know that if you need to change or cancel your exchange reservation for any reason, all the Points used for that Exchange will be returned to your account.

Note: Exchange fees are not covered by Points Protection. Points Protection is not insurance.
