What is the RCI® Cruise Best Value Guaranteed?
If an RCI Member books a cruise through RCI® Cruise and finds the same cruise at a greater value available publicly, you may request the Best Value Guarantee within 24 hours of booking by calling 1-877-RCI-BOAT and providing required details for verification of the lower public offer.
If the public offer is less than the base fare booked through RCI® Cruise, and a change or cancellation is possible without additional fees, then we will rebook the cruise and provide $100USD in onboard credit for the cruise booking. If a change or cancellation to the cruise booking is not possible without incurring a penalty or fee, then we will keep the original booking, but the member will receive $100USD in onboard credit for their cruise.
The Best Value Guarantee applies only to cruise rates available to the general public. Taxes and fees are not included.
