What does it mean if my Deposit says it's "Pending Verification"?
If your week is in a pending status, RCI must verify with your home resort that maintenance fees are paid in full and that the correct unit and week have been deposited. This is a standard process and typically takes 5–7 business days. Once verified, your week will be available for exchange, and you will receive an email confirmation. If more than 7 business days have passed, we recommend contacting your home resort.
