Why isn't my promo code working?
First, check that the code was entered exactly as shown—promo codes can be invalid if there are extra spaces or typos. The code may only be valid during a specific promotional period and on certain products. Make sure your booking meets the required conditions. In addition, promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts. If everything appears correct and the code still isn’t working, please call us to speak with a travel guide for assistance.
