Head south to Awaji island, which can be accessed by bus or ferry from Osaka. If you prefer to go by land, you will be traversing through the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge —

the world’s longest suspension bridge. While in Awaji, sample a variety of sake (Japanese rice wine) with one of Awaji’s many Sake breweries.
