Destination Highlights

One of the best features of Villa L’Auberge is its location. Walk one block to the sandy beaches and East for village shops and restaurants. Del Mar is almost exactly halfway in between downtown San Diego and Carlsbad, making the resort an ideal home base for exploring. For horse racing enthusiasts, the famous Del Mar racetrack (seasonal) is minutes away.

Directions from Major Airport to Resort

San Diego Airport, Lindbergh Field is about 20 miles away. Take I-5 North to Via de la Valle Exit. Go West to Jimmy Durante Road, and turn Left, then go about 2 miles to the first traffic light and turn Right into the resort. From Orange County or Los Angeles airports, take Highway 405 South and I-5 South to the Via de la Valle Exit, and follow the above directions.
