The best way to make juice is to have a good juicer in your kitchen so you can create tasty juice blends.
• Always wash the vegetables thoroughly
• Cut the vegetables into small parts
• Turn on the juicer and push the vegetables pieces one at a time until you have the amount of juice you desire.
Ultimate Green Juice
This is a delicious and refreshing juice to drink daily and with good reason. It’s full of antioxidants and super foods. The base is celery, which is a little known nutritional powerhouse. It’s loaded
with potassium, folic acid, magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and essential amino acids. On top of all that, it’s one of the most alkalizing things you can
put in your body. To the celery add kale which is an outstanding antioxidant
and anti-inflammatory. Also add green apple, parsley, lime, lemon and ginger and you’ve got an extremely potent, detoxifying cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:
Stir in and blend
4 sticks of celery in the juicer
4-5 kale leaves
1 green apple cut in quarters
1 handful of flat leaf parsley leaves 1 slice of lime
1 one slice of lemon
1 centimetre of fresh ginger
one tablespoon of coconut oil for additional health benefits
Tropical Paradise Juice
This delightful juice is the perfect way to brighten up your morning. It is easy on the digestive system and gently loosens any build up that may have occurred while the body was at rest.
INGREDIENTS:
Stir in and blend
1 medium ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, sliced to the juicer
1 small pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced 1 piece peeled fresh ginger
1 medium kiwi, peeled
1.2 cups of fresh young coconut water after juicing
This juice was discovered at a roadside juice stand on the beautiful Hawaiian island of Kauai. Although the juice stand
is no longer in business, we are happy to share this recipe and keep this best selling juice alive. It is simply delicious and a great energy booster.
Beet Apple and Blackberry Juice
Beet juice is a powerful cleanser of the blood and highly nutritious. It’s full of folate, manganese potassium, iron and vitamin C. To the beets, add apples, blackberries and ginger, creating a deep red and delicious elixir.
INGREDIENTS:
Add 2 small beetroots including the leaves to the juicer
Blend in 2-3 apples cut in quarters
