KOALAS AND OTHER WILDLIFE
In the grounds of the historic Flynn family’s Roto house is the Koala Hospital, the world’s first hospital dedicated to the care and preservation of koalas, with 200 to 250 koalas admitted every year. The hospital has a treatment room, indoor
and outdoor intensive-care units plus outdoor rehabilitation yards before koalas are released back to their home range. Adopt a koala to assist with the hospital’s work and receive a certificate with a photo of your adopted koala. Donations also gratefully accepted.
