Dear RCI,
We recently visited the US and the highlight of our trip was experiencing Niagara Falls by night.An interesting light show enhanced by the spray mist from the falls made it a spectacular sight.With three million gallons of water per minute flowing over, the Maid of the Mist boat ride to the base of the falls costs AU$16.25 per adult with poncho supplied to keep dry - a must do when visiting Niagara Falls.With three boats operating each taking 600 passengers, it doesn’t take long to move
through the boarding queue all the while with great views of the falls on both the American and Canadian side.

2011 has been another huge year for RCI as we have continued to roll out more member benefits and holiday exchange options. This year, we’ve really focused on bringing the RCI message out to our members by holding Roadshows throughout many regions of Australia and New Zealand to give you firsthand knowledge on how the RCI Weeks Enhancements system can benefit your holiday planning.
It was also my great pleasure to recently celebrate my 25th year anniversary of joining RCI. What a journey that has been! I’ve witnessed the company evolve from an ambitious upstart with no modern computer systems to the largest global holiday exchange network performing around 5000^ exchange holiday confirmations per day every day! Our continued success relies on keeping our benefits and services current and desirable for our member base and I believe we do this through on-going review and innovation of our products.
Finally, on behalf of the team at RCI we would like to thank you for booking your holidays with us this year. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you plan more memorable holidays in 2012!

I have been a member since we bought timeshare over 12 years ago. I’m a teacher so I can only holiday intermittently and when possible. RCI has never let me down. I have been constantly hounded by my resort to transfer to them but I have had no reason to do so. Keep up the great work.

Bonus Weeks...
a real bonus
Having had a fairly difficult year, I really appreciated being able to holiday accessing Bonus Weeks on top of the existing week that I own. I spent a week at The Moorings (1174) in NSW recently and was equally satisfied with the service, accommodation and overall experience.
