How do I put a vacation on 'hold'?
To put a 7-night RCI Weeks® vacation on hold online, follow the below steps after logging in to your RCI.com account:
Begin a vacation search by using the search bar or map.
Once you've located the resort you want to visit, click the orange "Available Units" button.
Locate the unit you wish to book. If your selected vacation has the option to be placed on hold, simply click the "Hold" button. Note: any check-in date within two weeks will not have the option to be placed on hold.
You will be redirected to the payment section where you will be prompted to enter the required information to hold your vacation.
Your vacation will be on hold until close-of-business the following day. When you are ready to book, you can click on "My Account," select "Reservations on Hold," and you will be walked through the steps to book your vacation.
