What are Maintenance Fees?

Maintenance Fees are fees charged by your Home Resort to cover the costs of maintaining the property and units. Maintenance Fees are specific to the individual resort and RCI does not charge or collect the fee on the resort’s behalf. However, your Maintenance Fees must be paid to your Home Resort in order to deposit your week with RCI.
