When you use your RCI Points or Trading Power to book a hotel, you can buy down the cost of the booking without paying an additional fee. However, it's important to note that while using Points or Trading Power reduces the cash cost, you will still need to pay a portion of the booking in cash. Typically, you can use 2,000 Points or 1 Trading Power per night to lower the cash cost of a hotel booking. For extended stays of 5 or more nights, only 10,000 Points or 5 Trading Power is needed.
