The travel insurance plan offers coverage for specific delays outside of your control such as delays of 5 hours or more caused by a common carrier, lost/stolen passport or travel documents, unannounced strike, Natural Disaster at the departure or Destination, civil disorder, hijacking, or if the Insured is delayed due to a traffic accident while en route to a departure as substantiated by a police report.
