Global Guides Exchange
Every year, two of our top performing reservation consultants from each region get the opportunity to participate in our Global Guides Exchange Program. The program facilitates the unique chance to travel to one of our global offices and learn more about their RCI practices, merging work and play in an exciting experience. The reservation consultants are also given the chance to share their own expertise with their hosts, making the exchange informative for both parties.
This year’s reservation consultants, Hungarian Elizabeth Kovacsne from our Cork office in Ireland and American Trenton Taylor from our Indianapolis office in USA were given a royal welcome, complete with balloons and goodie bags. We organised a series of activities such as geographic training sessions and info sessions where they shared their insights on member services tips and regional travel trends. This enabled us to gain a greater understanding of our international guests and how best to enhance their travels.
In true RCI fashion, the reservation consultants were also treated to incredible overseas experiences. They enjoyed local attractions and sampled local fare, not just in Singapore but in Kuala Lumpur and Bali as well.
Their farewell party was a memorable one. While we were sad to see them go, we thoroughly enjoyed hosting them, and found the exchange an exciting and meaningful way to get to know fellow RCI associates from other walks of life.
